Bing Liu

Bing Liu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in international human resources management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at CGL Consulting Co., Ltd since November 2020, Bing Liu oversees management team setups across various stages, including startup and internationalization. Prior to this role, Bing Liu held the position of CHO at IMEIK Technology Development Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included the overall HR function and restructuring to align with IPO regulations. As the International HR Director at ENN Group from 2011 to 2020, Bing Liu managed HR operations across multiple regions, developing strategies in line with the company's international business goals. Previous roles also include Country HR Manager & Recruiting Director at ZTE Corporation and HR Manager at NEC, along with experience as a consultant at G&E Executive Search. Bing Liu holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Dalian University of Technology.
