Train Luo

Train Luo is the current President at CGL and was previously the Strategy and Talent Advisor at Alchemy Global Payment Solutions from September 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, Train was the President at CGL Consulting Co., Ltd from June 2018 to August 2020 where they played a critical role in recruiting the initial key partners for the company at the start-up stage. Train has also served as the spoken person for the company in key industry events and successfully built the company's brand image in the China market. In addition, Train has developed several strategic key accounts for the company which generated multi-million dollar revenue. Furthermore, they started the company's Technology Practice focusing on Frontier Technology sector which experienced phenomenal growth and achieved high profitability within the first year of its establishment. Train has also designed new business models especially "Integrated Talent Partner" solution and piloted it with several clients with success. Lastly, Train has expanded the company's US operation and engaged strategic partners globally.

Train Luo's educational career began with a certificate in cryptocurrency from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Train then went on to earn their executive MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. After that, they completed their undergraduate studies in computer science at Tsinghua University. Train then earned their high school degree from Beijing No.4 High School. Finally, they completed their executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA.

They are on a team with Lily Yin - Senior Partner, Annie Zhang - Senior Partner, and Ken Jia - Senior Partner. Train Luo reports to Pierre Zhuang, Founder & CEO. and George Guo - Senior Vice President reports to Train Luo.
