Adriano Chaves is a founding partner at Chaves, Gelman, Machado, Gilberto e Barboza Advogados | CGM, where Adriano specializes in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investments, and international contracts. With a strong background in representing multinational groups operating in Brazil and Brazilian companies operating abroad, Chaves has extensive experience in the legal field, having previously held partnership positions at Campos Mello Advogados and Machado Associados. Additionally, Adriano has worked as an associate at Goulart Penteado, Iervolino e Lefosse Advogados and as a foreign associate at Mayer Brown. Chaves holds LL.M. degrees in Corporate Law from Columbia Law School and Columbia University, as well as an LL.B. from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
