CGM provides Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) enrollment services and reimbursement filing services, designed to expedite a carrier’s ACP participation and drive compliance. Real-time Enrollment Platform: CGM’s ACP enrollment platform accommodates wireless device, tablet, laptop, and e-commerce engagement, and is fully integrated with NLAD and the National Verifier. Twelve verification checks are performed for every applicant to ensure eligibility, quality, and compliance. Subscriber Retention & Profitability: The CGM DMD database draws from industry-wide data to help determine the quality of an applicant prior to enrollment. The DMD protects the ACP program from unnecessary waste and delivers additional profit to its participants each month by reducing subscriber churn. Subsidy Reimbursement Calculation, Filing & Audit Support: CGM edits, optimizes, and calculates end-of-month LCS reimbursements and files them on behalf of ACP Clients. We also provide detailed USAC and state audit planning, as well as on-site audit support.
