Jon Stephen McNiel

Jon McNiel is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as a Validation Specialist at cGMP Validation LLC since June 2017, Jon has hands-on experience with pharmaceutical laboratories, executing Installation Operational Qualification (IOQ) protocols for temperature-controlled equipment. As the President, CEO, Founder, and Chairman of the Board at Shelter Entertainment Studios, Inc., Jon focuses on producing and distributing family-friendly and faith-based entertainment. Previous roles include Vice President of Development at Gateway Arts, McQuerter Group, and Ayzenberg Group, where Jon designed marketing plans and negotiated contracts for major firms. Jon began a career in finance as a Treasury Analyst at MCA/Universal, coupled with early sales experience at American Video Group. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Radio, Television and Film from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a brief study at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
