Jakub Chajdas

Jakub Chajdas is the Managing Partner at CGO Legal since December 2010, specializing in legal and tax advice for corporations and high-net-worth individuals. Services include advising on the formation of businesses, tax optimization, corporate and real estate due diligence, and structuring commercial transactions both in Poland and internationally. Prior to this role, Jakub Chajdas worked as a lawyer at Tataj Górski Adwokaci Law Firm from August 2009 to July 2010, where responsibilities included drafting legal opinions, lawsuits, and memorandums, along with providing legal advisory services. Jakub Chajdas holds a Master in Law from the University of Lodz.
