Luqman Yahya

Luqman Yahya is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in institutional business and equity management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Institutional Business at CGS International Securities Malaysia since May 2023, Luqman focuses on expanding the firm's offerings beyond traditional stockbroking. Previously, Luqman held the position of Director and Co-Head of Institutional Business in Malaysia, during which time the team achieved significant market share success following a period of restructuring. Luqman's prior roles include Director and Co-Head of Institutional Equities at KAF Investment Bank, where rapid promotions highlighted exceptional performance, and Deputy Fund Manager at EPF Malaysia, recognized for contributions to a prestigious fund management team. Luqman began a career in finance with an audit role at PwC after obtaining relevant educational qualifications, including degrees in Accounting and Finance and a Master's in Financial Management.
