Griffin Elder has extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles, currently serving as IHG Global Tech Support at CGS since June 2013, providing hardware and Holidex support for hotel sites. Previous roles include Toshiba POS Tech Support, delivering assistance in troubleshooting and diagnosing retail hardware issues, and working at Goodwill of North Georgia to help community members find employment. Experience as an independent contractor included network administration and onsite computer support, alongside a tenure in customer service with Alorica/Ryla Teleservices. Griffin has also held positions in service management and technical support at Aerus Electrolux and Monarch Computer Systems, respectively, and began a career in machine operation at Circuit Source Inc.
