James Lee

James Lee has over 20 years of experience in various roles and organizations. James'smost recent position was as the Head of Sales at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions). Prior to that, they were the Vice President of CX Solutions and Growth at TTEC. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Vice President at Atento.

In their previous roles, James was the Vice President of Solutions & Strategy and Head of Digital Strategy at Sitel Group. James also held the position of Executive Client Partner at Excelacom, where they led consulting services and new business development.

Before that, James worked as the Senior Vice President - Manila Site Officer at Incenter, the Director - Client Partner at Cognizant, and an IT Project Manager at Ciber Global.
