Judita Ž.

Judita Ž. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Customer Advisor at Anglian Water Business, where they established a customer service interface through phone communication and mentored new call center employees. Judita then worked as a Billing Advisor at Wave Utilities, resolving discrepancies on customer accounts and creating new customer accounts. At CGTrader, they progressed from a Customer Success Specialist to a Senior Customer Success Specialist, where they worked alongside diverse teams to solve client issues, managed fraud detection and prevention, and provided technical support. Currently, they serve as the Customer Success Team Lead at CGTrader, supervising staff, mentoring team members, and delegating project tasks.
