Justas Janciauskas

Justas Janciauskas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Justas started their career as an Assistant at Starjobs in 2011 and later worked as a Manager Assistant at Geez Teez in 2012. Justas also briefly worked as a Banquet Housman at Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel in the same year. In 2013, Justas interned at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.

Justas'smajor career milestones include working at CGTrader, a 3D models marketplace. Justas joined CGTrader as a Sales and Support Executive in 2014 and played a key role in establishing a highly efficient Customer Success and Sales team. As the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations, they oversaw an impressive increase in product inventory and revenue growth. Justas then became the Director of Sales, where they spearheaded the development of a B2B product and sales team, targeting Fortune 500 companies. Justas later served as the Vice President of Revenue Operations, leading teams in the USA and Europe and significantly expanding the global team.

Currently, Justas holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at CGTrader Modelry, responsible for driving the company's commercial success and growth. Justas develops and executes the company's commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
