Michael J Heffernan is an accomplished finance and public administration professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. As a board member at CH Powell Company since April 2020, Heffernan previously served as Secretary of the Executive Office for Administration & Finance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from August 2017 to January 2023, where leadership involved managing a substantial budget and providing economic guidance. A co-founder of Mobiquity, Inc., and Vertical Research Partners, Heffernan has also held senior advisory roles at Consilium Partners and was a commissioner for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
