Bente Kaiser began their work experience in 2000 as a researcher at The Mount Sinai Hospital. In 2002, they became a resident at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center and continued in that role until 2006 when they joined Montefiore Medical Center as a Fellow. After completing their fellowship in 2008, they moved on to All Women's Care where they served as CEO and Co-Founder starting in 2010. In 2015, they became the Director of Labor and Delivery at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center. Most recently, in 2023, Bente co-founded Moxie Birth.
Bente Kaiser obtained an MD degree in Medicine from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, attending from 1992 to 2000.
