Arnelio Alfonso

Arnelio Alfonso is a seasoned civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in the design of stormwater management systems, water distribution systems, and sanitary sewer systems. Currently serving as the Water and Wastewater Team Leader at CHA Consulting, Inc. since June 2022, Arnelio leads a talented group focused on community service in Florida. Prior to this role, Arnelio was a Principal and Senior Project Manager at A&P Consulting Transportation Engineers, Corp., and held a Project Manager position at HNTB, where contributions included the Capital Improvement Program for Miami International Airport. Arnelio also has an academic background as a Professor at Polytechnic University of Havana (CUJAE), teaching various civil engineering subjects. Arnelio holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Hydraulic from CUJAE.
