AZIZ's expertise encompasses project management, hydraulic modeling, and water resources planning, with significant contributions to various municipal water projects, including the City of Richmond and water resources acquisition plans for the City of Phoenix. AZIZ holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology.
