Doug Miller

Doug Miller is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in bridge and roadway design, project management, and client development. Currently serving as the Midwest Bridge Section Manager at CHA Consulting, Inc., Doug oversees the Midwest Bridge Group for municipal, county, and state Department of Transportation clients in Indiana and Ohio. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Brumbaugh Engineering & Surveying, LLC, and Senior Bridge Project Manager at TRC Companies, Inc. Additionally, Doug held positions such as Division Manager at Jones-Stuckey, Production Administrator for the Ohio Department of Transportation, and Project Manager at Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc. Doug began his career as a Design Engineer at the Montgomery County Engineer's Office after earning a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
