Michael T. Owen

Michael T. Owen, FCSI, CDT, CSC, MCPPO serves as a Project Executive at CHA Consulting, Inc. since December 2021, with a forthcoming promotion to Project Executive in June 2024. Michael has a significant background in managing large municipal building projects, emphasizing owner representation and compliance with procurement laws.
