Molly Baughman

Molly Baughman is an experienced Environmental Scientist currently working at CHA Consulting, Inc. since March 2022, previously serving in a similar role at the same company from April 2016 to September 2021. Molly also held the position of Botanist/Wetland Scientist at Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. from October 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included wetland delineation, endangered species surveys, and habitat conservation planning. Earlier experience includes working as a Biologist/Site Manager at Davey Resource Group, where Molly managed restoration projects in various ecosystems, and as a Farm Apprentice at Jenny Jack Sun Farm. Additional roles include an Environmental Education/Conservation Intern with the Student Conservation Association, an intern with the Bureau of Land Management at the Chicago Botanic Garden, and teaching positions at Purdue University while pursuing a B.S. in Botany from 2006 to 2010.
