Hussein Barma

Hussein Barma is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Chaarat Gold Holdings. Hussein has previously served as President (UK) of New Generation Power International, a US-based low carbon and renewable energy group, and as a Financial Advisor for gmp-orphan SA, a venture capital-backed pharmaceutical group based in France. Hussein is also a Steering Committee Member for the Financial Reporting Lab at the Financial Reporting Council.

Hussein Barma has a Doctor of Philosophy in Law from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Oxford. Hussein also attended Diocesan Boys' School in Hong Kong.
