Angelica Chang

Angelica Chang, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Angelica is currently the Director of Business Operations at Chaberton Energy, where they previously served as the Business Operations Manager. Prior to that, they worked as an International English Second Language Teacher and Traveler at Vietnamese Community Volunteering (VCV), gaining over 500 hours of volunteering experience teaching English to local communities and refining their language skills.

Before their work at VCV, Angelica was the Medical Practice Manager at Southeast Spine and Pain Associates, where they successfully managed the integration of a new EMR billing software and improved the organization of the billing department. Angelica also worked as a Research Assistant at both the Brain and Behavior Lab and the Child Language and Learning Lab, gaining experience in data collection and analysis.

Angelica's early work experience includes roles as a Banquet Cashier and Hostess at Boar's Head Inn, a Chartered Financial Analyst Summer Employee at Adams & Garth Staffing, a Medical Office Assistant at Pulmonary Allergy Clinic, and a Shadow at UVA Neuroradiology. Angelica also volunteered as a Gallery Volunteer at Virginia Discovery Museum.

Angelica Chang, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Neuroscience and a secondary focus in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2014. Angelica also holds an Advanced Diploma from Albemarle High School, which they completed in 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Photovoltaic Associate from NABCEP: North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners in 2022, CPR/AED/First Aid from American Red Cross Training Services in 2022, Design Thinking for Innovation from Coursera Course Certificates in 2020, and CPR/AED Certified for Adult, Child, and Infant from the American Heart Association in 2014.
