Deepanshu Sharma

Deepanshu Sharma has an extensive work experience. Deepanshu started their career at Omaxe Limited in 2010, where they held the position of Senior Associate. Deepanshu led a team in conducting company-wide monitoring for regulatory and non-regulatory compliance and also played a key role in financial modeling and acquisition and financing tasks.

In 2014, Deepanshu worked at Planning Associates as an Intern, where they conducted research on mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, as well as analyzed money managers' performance for capital allocation.

Deepanshu then joined Burkenroad Reports as an Equity Research Analyst and later became the Investment Research Manager. During this time, they gained experience in equity research and managing investment research.

Deepanshu's next role was at NextEra Energy Resources as a Senior Financial Analyst. Here, they created tools to streamline financial analysis, identified and analyzed projects for wind re-powering, and built financial KPIs models for monitoring asset performance.

In 2018, they founded Turfmates, where they led a team through the platform's development life cycle and successfully launched the platform without raising capital. Deepanshu demonstrated strong leadership skills and created intellectual property value worth $200k.

Deepanshu then joined EY as a Senior Consultant in 2019, where they gained consulting experience before transitioning to PowerFlex in 2021. At PowerFlex, they served as a Finance Associate before being promoted to Finance Manager.

Currently, Deepanshu is the Director of Corporate Development and Finance at Chaberton Energy.

Deepanshu Sharma completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College in 2010. Deepanshu later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and International Business from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, graduating in 2015.
