Dr. David Palmiter

Dr. David Palmiter is the Clinical Director at the Chesapeake Center in Bethesda, MD, and a Professor Emeritus at Marywood University. They serve as a board member of CHADD national and have held various roles, including past president of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and Public Education Coordinator for the American Psychological Association. Dr. Palmiter has authored over three dozen publications, including two books focused on promoting resilience in children and teens, and has extensive experience in speaking and media engagements. They maintain a private practice specializing in youth and continue to educate future clinicians in psychology.
