Sofia MacTough

Sofia MacTough has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Outside Sales and Event Coordinator at Chaddsford Winery since March 2021. Previously, Sofia held significant roles such as Board Member for Two Bridges Wine, Beer & Spirits Trail Inc., where a marketing plan for a consortium of wine businesses was established, and Board Member at Visit South Jersey, focusing on tourism-related marketing strategies. As Director of Outlets and Events at Bellview Winery, a successful marketing campaign was developed, expanding a multi-state customer base while overseeing event planning. Earlier experience includes baking and managing inventory at Crescent Moon Coffee & Tea and working as a line cook at Red Bank Cafe. Sofia earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
