Nicholas Worsnop

Nicholas is a partner and is the Head of the Litigation Department, Resolution & Recovery and Regulatory & Crime departments. He is also the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and registered as the Data Protection Officer.

Nicholas provides general regulatory advice to businesses in a number of areas, particularly data protection, conducting audits, reviewing processes, drafting policies and assisting with data subject requests and breaches. Nick also advises on intellectual property dealing with both protection and IP infringement. As part of litigation in business he also advises upon and drafts contract terms in a variety of areas.

Nicholas is a director of Square Chapel in Halifax, secretary of the Community Foundation for Calderdale, and chair of the business networking organisation Business for Calderdale.
