Kate Milligan SHRM-CP is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Specialist at CMB since May 2021, Kate has also held roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist and P&C Generalist. Previously, Kate worked at Misonix as a Human Resources Coordinator and at 24 Seven LLC, where responsibilities included strategic staffing and administration for marketing and technology talent. Kate's background further includes HR coordination roles at Janover LLC and Blackmon Mooring, along with various positions in administration and collections, showcasing a strong foundation in both HR functions and customer engagement. Kate holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Communications from Farmingdale State College.
