Lauren Sears

Lauren Sears has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Associate Researcher at Chadwick Martin Bailey (CMB) in July 2015. Lauren gradually advanced within the company, becoming a Senior Manager, and then the Director of Insights & Strategy Operations in May 2022. Prior to working at CMB, Lauren was a Sales Associate at Madewell from September 2013 to January 2016. Lauren also gained research experience as a Research Technician and a Paul and Grace Martinez Research Fellow/Co-operative Learning Fellow at the Interdisciplinary Affective Science Laboratory from September 2011 to July 2015. Throughout their career, Lauren has developed expertise in project management, research implementation, and team supervision.

Lauren Sears pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University, completing their education between the years 2009 and 2013.
