Chaffetz Lindsey LLP

Since 2009, Chaffetz Lindsey has delivered first-tier litigation and international arbitration service from a smaller, more client-friendly New York platform. We have helped US and international clients win or resolve a wide variety of disputes before US courts and arbitral tribunals around the world. While we remain committed to the “boutique” model, ten years of steady growth reflects our winning track-record and the appreciation of our clients. Three qualities underlie that success. FOCUS. Our sole focus is resolving our clients’ disputes, whether in court or before international arbitration tribunals. EXPERIENCE. Our partners trained at the world’s leading firms and learned their skills trying cases ranging from insurance/reinsurance, to energy & resources, construction, pharmaceutical licensing, manufacturing, financial services, bankruptcy and business reorganization, and cases for and against sovereigns. FLEXIBILITY. We rarely have conflicts, and our cost structure enables us to deliver value on cases of varying sizes and with creative fee arrangements.
