Jennifer Minichiello

Jennifer Minichiello, CEC, currently serves as an Instructor of Culinary Arts at Chaffey College and a Chef Instructor at Santa Ana College and Santa Ana Unified School District. With extensive experience in the culinary field since 2011 as the Executive Chef at Minichiello's Catering, which specializes in catering, private chef services, and culinary lessons, Jennifer has also held leadership roles such as Director of Dining Services at CulinArt Managed Dining Services and Executive Chef at The Wylder. Past instructional positions include Chef Instructor at both Mt. San Antonio College and The Art Institute of Orange County. Jennifer Minichiello holds an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College and a BS in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University.
