Chong Han Keong

Chong Han Keong is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Finance Director at CHAGEE Malaysia since May 2025, Chong previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ZUS Coffee and Jaya Grocer, where Chong led significant projects such as the RM 1 billion acquisition of Jaya Grocer by Grab and implemented key financial systems including SAP HANA S/4 Public Cloud. Chong's earlier roles include Accounting General Manager at AEON BIG (M) SDN BHD, where Chong was recognized as the youngest General Manager and received an Excellent Executive Award. Chong has a solid foundation in financial planning and analysis from experience at JTI and a background in accounting from Cartier and Panasonic. Chong holds a CPA membership from CPA Australia and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Finance major from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
