Greg Byers (白明格) has extensive experience in operations and management within the restaurant industry, currently serving in operations at CHAGEE USA since February 2024. Prior to this, Byers held the position of Director at Beard Papa's from September 2021 to February 2024. A notable tenure at Taco Bell spanned over two decades, where Byers progressed through various roles including Operations Manager, POS & Data Management, and Operations Analyst. Key achievements include the development and management of customer analytic and food safety programs that significantly improved brand loyalty and operational metrics, as well as leading initiatives that resulted in annual savings of $2 million. Byers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
