Martin Ratcliffe

Martin Ratcliffe is an experienced education and sports professional, currently serving as an Intervention Specialist at Willoughby-Eastlake Schools since August 2022 and as an Attendant in the Intense Intervention Resource Room for Solon Board of Education since January 2019. Ratcliffe has also worked as an Ohio Short Term Substitute Teacher at Chagrin Falls Exempted Village Schools since September 2018 and has officiated boys JV and Varsity lacrosse games as a certified Lacrosse Official since December 2017. Prior experience includes roles as an Emergency Substitute Teacher at Olathe School District, a Supply Chain Coordinator at Hickory Farms, and co-founding Swamp Monsters Lacrosse of Toledo, which promotes the sport in Northwest Ohio. Ratcliffe holds a Master of Education in Special Education K-12 from Ursuline College and a degree in Business, Finance, and Management from The University of Toledo. Additionally, Ratcliffe operates LECT, LLC, focusing on converting foreclosed real estate into profitable investments.
