Paul Shiffman

Paul Shiffman is a founding director of both the Company and the Bank. He is the founder of Shiffman & Shiffman, PC, and a litigator with extensive trial experience in state and federal courts in the District of Columbia and Virginia. He is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar, the Virginia Bar, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Virginia Supreme Court, the Military Court of Justice, the US Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Claims. Mr. Shiffman was an adjunct professor at the American University College of Law.
