Alain Grasser

Alain Grasser has extensive work experience in the procurement and sourcing field. Alain started their career at Jet Aviation in 1997, where they worked as a Buyer and later as a Procurement Manager. At Jet Aviation, they managed the procurement function and a team of 11 employees, overseeing activities such as sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. In 2007, Alain joined Syngenta as a Procurement Manager, responsible for procurement activities and projects. Alain later served as the Category Head of Professional Services Consulting and Strategic Supplier Manager Business Process Outsourcing. In 2015, Alain moved to Chain IQ Group AG, where they worked as a Sourcing Specialist in IT Outsourcing and Offshoring, before being promoted to the position of Head IT Hardware/Software Sourcing CH/EMEA in 2019.

Alain Grasser received a High School Diploma from Ecole Jeanne d'Arc Mulhouse France in 1991. In 1992, they attended Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar, and from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply at ESAP (Ecole Supérieure des Acheteurs Professionnels).
