Adam Panza

Adam Panza is a seasoned UX Research Manager at Chainalysis Inc. since January 2022, with a comprehensive background in user experience research spanning various industries. Previous roles include Staff Researcher at ServiceNow and Head of Research at Rubbl, where Adam led diverse research processes and collaborated closely with strategic leaders to shape product direction. Adam's extensive experience also includes positions at Intuit, where significant contributions were made to a tax platform and financial app, and at Doblin and Deloitte, focusing on innovation and design frameworks for international clients. Adam holds a Master's degree in Design Research and Strategy from the Institute of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Urban Design from the University of Mary Washington.
