Monica Santos

Monica Santos is an experienced product designer currently serving as a Staff Product Designer and has held various roles including Product Design Manager and Senior Product Designer at Chainalysis Inc. since April 2019. In 2022, Monica completed a Design Fellow program at On Deck while focusing on growth as a design leader. Prior to Chainalysis, Monica worked as a Product Designer at Align Labs, The Ocean, and kindtrust, contributing to projects centered around social impact, decentralized finance, and crowdfunding. Monica's earlier experience includes internships at Bizly and Industrial Color Brands. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning and Computer Science from New York University.
