Juan Pablo Velez

Juan Pablo Velez is a seasoned UX/UI professional with extensive experience in various design roles. Currently serving as UX/UI Lead at Chainbloq Labs Inc. since October 2024, Velez previously held the position of Lead UX/UI at Vela Exchange from April 2022 to October 2024. Early in the career, Velez worked as a Web 3 Designer at Web3 and contributed to interactive experiences as a Designer at Sperientia: [studio + lab] ®. Additional experience includes freelance work as an Industrial Designer at Acorn Design AS and an internship in product design at citrus. Velez holds a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Icesi, earned between 2014 and 2020.
