Kelly Pelkey-Fitzwater is a seasoned Senior Web Developer with extensive experience in web development and application engineering across multiple organizations. Currently at Chainbridge Technologies since November 2022, Kelly troubleshoots production support issues and manages enhancement and maintenance tasks using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript in various frameworks. Previously, at Excelicon, Kelly led a team of developers as part of FEMA DTS, contributing to both development and mentoring while engaging in production releases and security vulnerability assessments. Kelly's earlier positions at DMI, General Dynamics Information Technology, and Stanley Associates involved significant contributions to SharePoint projects and systems integration. Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary Washington.
