Gary Knox

Gary Knox is the Director of Inclusion & Culture at Chainguard, where they lead initiatives to integrate inclusion, culture, and development into everyday practices. Previously, they served as the Head of Employee Experience at Meta, overseeing global onboarding and development for over 7,000 employees. Gary has also held leadership roles at Twitch and Checkr, focusing on learning and employee experience. Their earlier experience includes various training and development positions at Wells Fargo, where they collaborated with leadership to create training programs and manage onboarding processes. Gary is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.
