Dmytro Haidashenko

Dmytro Haidashenko is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer at Chainlink Labs since September 2023, with a robust background in technology leadership and innovation. Previously serving as Chief Technology Officer at Shelf.Network, Dmytro spearheaded the development of a product that generated $150M in gross merchandise volume in 2021 and transformed a monolithic cars auctioning system into an efficient set of event-driven microservices. Dmytro also held CTO roles at Rarify and Distributed Lab, where contributions included establishing core technical foundations and creating the TokenD digital asset processing system, which significantly reduced project development timelines. Early career experiences included technical leadership and software engineering roles at Distributed Lab and Ready to Travel, focusing on project recovery and innovative pathfinding algorithms, respectively.
