Kylie Poole, MBA, currently serves as the Global Partnerships Lead for Banking & Capital Markets at Chainlink Labs since April 2024, after holding the position of Customer Success Director in the same sector. Prior experience includes senior roles at R3, ICE Clear Europe Limited, and the Intercontinental Exchange, where Kylie focused on corporate development, sales relationship management, and business development within capital markets. Kylie's career also features roles at ICAP, where achievements included co-founding a commodity derivatives desk and managing key trading relationships.
