Niki Ariyasinghe

Niki Ariyasinghe has extensive experience in business development, partnerships, and strategy planning. Niki currently holds the position of Head of Business Development, Asia-Pacific and Middle East at Chainlink Labs since July 2023. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Partnerships at Chainlink Labs from February 2021 to June 2023. From 2016 to 2021, Niki worked at R3, where they served as the Head of Strategic Alliances and Partner Sales, Asia-Pacific and Middle East. Niki also held the role of Director - Business Development, Asia-Pacific at R3. In 2016, Niki was a Business Development Lead at ABRA, where they played a key role in developing partnerships and market-entry strategies. Niki began their career in 2007 as a Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy. Between 2010 and 2014, Niki worked at ING Australia, initially as a Strategy and Planning Manager and later as the Head of Strategy and Planning.

Niki Ariyasinghe holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. They also completed a BA/LLB (Honours) degree at The Australian National University.
