Belma Gutlic

Belma Gutlic has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2014, they co-founded KudSad.ba and served as a board member. In 2015, they co-founded Eventos App, an iOS and Android app for finding events in Zagreb. From 2016 to 2019, they had roles as a software engineer at Shoutem and a blockchain developer at Toptal. In 2018, they co-founded RioBot and became CEO of NodeFactory. In 2021, they became a board member of UBIK - Udruga za blockchain i kriptovalute and a strategic advisor at Pazar. Starting in 2022, they joined Alice in Blockchains as a co-founder and board member. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Solutions at ChainSafe Systems, where they will soon transition to the role of VP of Engineering.

Belma Gutlic earned a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Zagreb/Sveučilište u Zagrebu from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering at the same university from 2011 to 2015. In their earlier education, they attended Una Sana college from 2007 to 2011 to obtain their high school diploma. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Three-star scuba diver certification from CMAS - World Underwater Federation and completed Blueprint Management Training from Raw Signal Group in 2023 and 2021 respectively.
