Ekrem Bal

Ekrem BAL is a highly skilled software developer and co-founder with extensive experience in software development, data analysis, and algorithm education. Currently serving as a Co-Founder at Chainway since August 2022, Ekrem previously held positions as a Software Developer at Olympos, where a performance estimator for talent prediction was developed using Python, and at PragmaCraft, where a question-answering system was created. Additionally, Ekrem contributed to big data projects, working with 2 TB of data, and practiced entity extraction using deep learning methods during an internship at PragmaCraft. Ekrem also played a pivotal role in an algorithm competition program at inzva and served as an instructor at TÜBİTAK, educating students on various algorithms and data structures. Ekrem is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University, with an exchange semester completed at The University of Texas at Austin.
