Roger Rohatgi

Roger Rohatgi currently serves as the Chief AI Officer at Chai, where strategic AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives for growth and innovation. Alongside this role, Roger acts as an advisor for Design for Good and The Institute of Tomorrow, contributing to global design efforts that support the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and foster innovation through networks of creative executives. As a founding member of the Design Leaders Community, Roger collaborates with peers to enhance leadership in design and innovation. Previously, Roger held the position of VP and Chief Design Officer at bp, where key digital transformation efforts were led as the company’s first Chief Design Officer. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Object Edge Inc, Ministry Brands, AMT, Youtoo Technologies, and Elementum Studios, shaping design and creative strategies across various sectors. Roger holds a BA in Media Policy from the University of Houston.
