James Dent

James Dent has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. James is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Chair-man Mills Corp. (CMMC) since February 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at McCain Capital Partners, where they served as a Vice President from January 2021 onwards. At the same company, they also worked as an Associate from March 2018 to December 2020. Before joining McCain Capital Partners, they served as an Investment Banking Analyst in Mergers and Acquisitions at CIBC Capital Markets from August 2015 to February 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Institutional Equity Trading Analyst at CIBC World Markets from May 2014 to August 2014, and as a Summer Analyst in Equity Markets at the same company from June 2013 to August 2013.

James Dent attended Queen's University from 2010 to 2015. James received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance.
