Patrice Bonfy

Patrice Bonfy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in promoting parental equality and engagement. As Co-creator of the Chann3l "4 regards de pères sur le congé paternité" at 3lse, Patrice collaborates with industry leaders to enhance discussions around parental acceptance in the workplace. In addition, Patrice serves as Chief Editor, Speaker, and HR & Parentality Consultant at Le Paternel, focusing on dismantling barriers to paternal involvement. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Patrice co-founded multiple ventures, including the exploration studio Prototypers and the social web agency Sociabliz, contributing to various innovative projects aimed at fostering inclusion and dialogue in organizations. Educated at ESSEC Business School with a focus on entrepreneurship, Patrice also participated in an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
