Tom Dixon

Tom Dixon is an accomplished professional with over fifteen years of experience in program and project management, currently serving as the Head of Consulting at Chalfont Consulting since April 2020. Previously, Tom held key roles at Aurec, where significant achievements included introducing Lean and Agile practices and automating processes for major clients, as well as experience as a Senior Consultant for Apis Group and Bright Consulting, focusing on IT projects in the health and education sectors. Earlier career includes project management positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and ActewAGL, where Tom effectively managed ICT infrastructure projects and contributed to business strategy and training initiatives. Tom Dixon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Economics from the University of Canberra, as well as a Diploma of Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
