Antoine Atallah has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001. Antoine began their career at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™), where they worked as a Front Office Agent and later as an Operations Analyst. In 2005, Antoine joined Monroe Hotel Lebanon as the HR in Charge. Antoine then moved to Chalhoub Group in 2007, where they held various roles including Group Compensation & Benefits Manager and eventually became the VP of Rewards, Payroll, People analytics & digital HR in January 2019. Antoine has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a strong background in HR and compensation management.

Antoine Atallah holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Al-Jâmi'ah Al-Lubnaniya, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Antoine also has a Terminal degree in Math- Elem from College des peres antonins Baabda, which they completed in 1999. Additionally, Antoine has completed a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification from World at Work between 2009 and 2014. In 2013 to 2015, Antoine earned an Executive MBA degree from the American University of Beirut. Antoine also pursued various short-term programs, such as LEAP at ESCP Business School for strategic management, organizational behavior, and finance in 2011. Antoine completed a LEAP program in Beirut at Ecole Supérieure des Affaires in the same year. Lastly, they attained a LEAP certification in Luxury Marketing from Polimoda in 2011.
