Charbel Lahoud has a diverse work experience. Charbel started their career as an Analyst-Developer at Unilog IT Services in 2007. Charbel then joined Capgemini Consulting in 2008, where they worked as a Managing Consultant for six years. In 2014, they moved to Solocal Group as a Responsable de Projets. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Digital Transformation Expert at Expo 2020 Dubai and later that year joined Capgemini Consulting again as a Director. In 2018, they co-founded Mes Specs, an eyewear company focused on social causes. In 2019, they joined Chalhoub Group as the Head of Digital Scouting and later took on the role of Head of KSA Transformation. In 2021, they became the Head of Growth, and in 2023, they assumed the position of VP of Growth and Business Development.

Charbel Lahoud completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in IT Management at HEC Paris from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications from 2004 to 2007. Before their higher education, Charbel obtained a French Baccalauréat from Lycée Français in 2002. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Data Science, including Data Scientist with Python Track from DataCamp in an unspecified year and a Data Science Specialization from Coursera in 2019.
