Joseph Sabbagh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph started their career in 1986 as an Executive Director at Yazigi Internexus. Joseph then served as an Assistant General Manager at CARD-CI from 1990 to 1993. From 1994 to 1998, they worked in accounting and inventory management roles. Joseph then transitioned to logistics management, serving as a Logistics Manager from 1999 to 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they took on the role of Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, where they led strategic planning for supply chain, logistics, and customer services. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Division Manager, focusing on day-to-day operations and driving sales and customer service in retail stores. Joseph then took on various leadership roles at Chalhoub Group, including Head of Retail Stores Operations, Country Manager, and Group Head of Stores Operations, before currently serving as the Vice President of Retail Operations. Joseph Sabbagh's experience includes managing teams, implementing new processes, analyzing performance data, and achieving business objectives.

Joseph Sabbagh has a background in business administration and law. Joseph completed an EMBA degree in Business Administration and Management at ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL from 2015 to 2016. Earlier, in 2004, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from The Chartered Management Institute Executive. Additionally, they attended Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU from 1984 to 1987, although they did not complete their degree in Law.
